Frequency Range

Digitized oscillator : 1 KHz up to 5 MHz in minimun steps of 100 Hz.

Output Injection

Output via wideband transformer - floating output independent of probe configuration.

Amplitude range : 0-10 Vpp; software selectable in steps of 1 Vpp.

Dual Frequency mode: requires two SFT6000N PC boards set as follows:
               - one board set a Master via switch receives output from the second (slave) board at the frequency mixing stage.
               - one SFT 6004 Filter/Adder board.
